Shipping policy

 

As soon as the order has been confirmed and the payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation gives you an overview of the ordered products, the quantities, the price, the payment method and the delivery address.

When we send your order, you will receive an e-mail from us to inform you. You will also receive a track&trace code of your package. With this code you can find out when it will be delivered.

For shipping in Belgium we strive for delivery the following day, if order is made and paid for before noon. For shipping to Europe, we strive to deliver your order within 3 working days.

Please contact us at info@kandj.be if your order hasn’t arrived within the week after you received the mail that informed you of the shipping.
