Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. For orders shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order without giving any reason.

Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@kateandjules.be if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
