Production Process

At Kate & Jules, we believe in timeless, versatile design that empowers women to live life their way.

Alongside our passionate creators, we’re committed to producing garments thoughtfully with love & respect, that you can wear time and time again. Our pieces are made to be lived in. They are investments you can love long-term or share with your nearest and dearest.

We create with the next generation in mind – which is why we source natural or recycled materials, use recyclable paper packaging, design for long-term wear, and do everything we can to minimize waste.

Feel good. Do good.

  • Production in Italy

Italy has always been synonymous with exceptional craftsmanship, and we are honored to work with some of its finest artisans. Our kaftans, kimonos, and blouses are brought to life by Luca and Antonella, a skilled duo based in Como. With years of expertise, they transform our designs into elegant, flowing garments that blend tradition with modern style.

For our leather goods, we collaborate with ASpell, a family-owned company that has been our trusted partner for years. Known for their dedication to durability and high-quality finishes, ASpell ensures that each leather piece is crafted to last a lifetime.

Additionally, our stunning resin buckles and jewelry are produced at the historic Lartigiana Bottoni factory. Founded in 1961, this factory is celebrated for its exquisite craftsmanship and innovative techniques, creating accessories that add a unique touch to our designs.

  • Production in Belgium

We proudly celebrate Belgian craftsmanship by producing our knitwear locally at the renowned Cousy knitwear factory. With a history spanning over 70 years, this family-owned business has mastered the art of knitting, ensuring every piece embodies both tradition and innovation. Our partnership with Cousy is built on a shared commitment to quality, sustainability, and attention to detail. From fluffy capes to versatile vests, each design is crafted with precision using premium Italian yarns, making them perfect for transitional weather and cold winter months. By keeping our knitwear production in Belgium, we support local artisans and reduce our environmental footprint. It’s our way of staying true to our roots while offering timeless, comfortable, and stylish pieces that our customers love.

    Our Initiatives

We are committed to sustainability in everything we do. Our collaborations with local artisans in Belgium and Italy allow us to create high-quality, timeless pieces using natural and recycled materials. We embrace initiatives like our Upcycled Collection, where we transform surplus materials into new designs, and our partnership with Dressr, offering garment rentals to promote reuse. Additionally, we offer a 10-year belt guarantee to ensure long-lasting durability. Through these efforts, we strive to reduce waste and promote responsible, slow fashion.
