MISSION

At Kate & Jules, we believe in timeless, versatile design that empowers women to live life their way.

Alongside our passionate creators, we’re committed to producing garments thoughtfully with love & respect, that you can wear time and time again. Our pieces are made to be lived in. They are investments you can love long-term or share with your nearest and dearest.

We create with the next generation in mind – which is why we source natural or recycled materials, use recyclable paper packaging, design for long-term wear, and do everything we can to minimize waste.

Feel good. Do good.

MANUFACTURING

The people who make our pieces are like family to us. Over the years, we’ve built genuine, collaborative relationships that have become the heart and soul of the Kate & Jules brand.

Our knitwear pieces are crafted right here in Belgium at the Cousy knitwear factory – a family-owned business with a storied history stretching back more than 70 years. Como-based power couple Luca & Antonella make our kaftans, kimonos, and blouses, expertly transforming our ideas into beautiful designs. K&J’s leather pieces are hand-made in Italy by the family-owned ASpell, who have been our partners for many years now, always committed to long-lasting, high-quality design. Our jewels and resin buckles are produced in the historic Lartigiana Bottoni factory, founded in 1961 in Italy, which is well known for creating beautiful, high-quality resin pieces.

At K&J, we always keep it in the family.

MATERIALS

Every Kate & Jules collection is made with carefully selected materials that will stand the test of time.

As a brand, we believe we have a commitment to our natural environment, which is why we work with recycled and/or natural materials. Genuine Italian leather, sustainably-sourced yarn, and cotton silk are at the center of all our collections.

We use, reuse and recycle wherever possible to breathe new life into leftover stock and fabrics.

Our seasonal Upcycled collection features a range of knits that have been re-crafted from previous seasons’ overstock. We play with contrast trims and pockets in our range of kimonos to give surplus yarn and silk a new life. We have even designed a small range of cushions from the remains of older collections to ensure that nothing goes to waste.

Recycle. Replenish. Restore. Reduce. Reuse.
