Behind the scene

Behind the scene

For this blogpost, we would like to take you behind the scene of our campaign shoot Summer 18.

As you might know, we were very much inspired by Havana in the 1950’s. Havana, back then, was a tropical playground for rich Americans and had lots of bars, casinos and beautiful women.

This was the atmosphere we were looking for in our shoot, not so easy when you are a small brand with limited budget :).

But we found this pop-up Summer bar in… Antwerp, Smokey Jo’s! And I think we did a great job, it was exactly what we were looking for… We had the whole place for ourselves, and as you can see we kinda start thinking we owned the place…

The crew we worked with that day is like family.

Our photographer Cathérine De Saegher ( has been working with us since a couple of years. You might say we have grown together. . Katrien Van den Eynde (Fashion & Interior stylist @ Trend Report) did the styling. The same for her. She knows us so well and always finds the right items to match our collection.

Our model, Sylvia Huys already worked with us for the Summer 17 collection. We love her style, her laugh, her kindness and her professionalism. She has this exotic sophisticated look we were looking for. And she is also a very good make-up artist, which is very easy…

And last but not least, we had the best assistants in the world, my boys <3

At the end of a long working day, we enjoyed the best mojitos, the music was nice, people were dancing, a great atmosphere, and we were happy!

What do you think??
